Exercise after Surgery
Most women will have some type of surgery related to having breast cancer. For most post-surgery women, the ability to move upper body parts (shoulders, arms, and chest) is greatly limited and very painful. The American Cancer Society (ACS) suggests performing some type of exercise to help reduce the side effects from surgery.
